GRAB-A-DRESS accepts returns of regular sizes only. All returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, no perfumes and free of lint and hair. Dress must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Customers could return packages within 30 days since the packages have been delivered. Customized dresses can not be returned.
